We do accept walk-ins based on availability. We do highly suggest scheduling 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, service and service provider. We provide online reservations for select services for your convenience. Simply click link to be guided to our reservation platform.
For returning guests, we recommend securing your next reservation before concluding your current appointment to ensure the best availability that suits your schedule. If you're a new guest, we highly recommend scheduling your reservations at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, treatment, or service. All of our guests reservations are very important to us. We require a valid credit card to keep on file to schedule any reservations. We understand that schedules need adjustments; therefore we request a 48-hour notification. If you need to cancel your reservation we ask that you do so at least 48-hours in advance. If you have more than 3 late cancellations a credit card and full payment will be required to book your future reservations. If we do not receive 48-hour cancellation notification, your credit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. If you no-show your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the amount of your scheduled services as well as an additional 20% gratuity.
Longer appointments require more sustained effort and dedication from your service provider. This policy recognizes their extended commitment to providing high-quality service.
It ensures that the service providers are fairly compensated for their time, especially in cases where guests might not be aware of the customary gratuity practices for longer sessions.
Knowing the gratuity is taken care of, guests can relax and enjoy their long-duration treatments without worrying about the etiquette of tipping.

Arrival time for Hair and Skin Care Reservations:
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for hair and skin care services. This will allow sufficient time for you to fill out a guest intake form, enabling us to better understand your specific needs and concerns.
For the first appointment of the day, we kindly open our doors 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This slight delay is due to our daily meeting, where we ensure that we are fully prepared to provide the best care and attention to all our valued guests throughout the day.
To ensure you start your spa experience in a state of relaxation, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. For our new guests, please allow an additional 30 minutes to complete your guest profile.
During your visit, we provide spa robes, slippers, and private lockers for your comfort. Complimentary beverages are also available to enhance your overall spa journey.
Arriving on time is essential to maximize the benefits of your treatment and ensure your spa experience meets your expectations fully. Please note that delayed arrival will result in reduced treatment time, affecting the effectiveness of the service.
To maintain our commitment to all our guests, we cannot extend service time for delayed arrivals. Therefore, the full price of the scheduled service will still apply, out of consideration for others who have reserved time slots.
A credit card is required to secure your first reservation. This card is only charged if you do not abide by our strictly enforced late/no-show policy. To make your experience go a little quicker upon your departure we offer contactless payment with the card you have on file with us.
At our spa, we greatly appreciate gratuities as a gesture of your satisfaction and appreciation for our services. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion, and you can choose to leave them in cash or add them to your payment when using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
The average gratuity is typically around 20% of the original service total, but the amount is entirely up to you. You can communicate your desired gratuity amount to our guest care team after your services, and they will ensure it reaches your service providers.
Please note that a 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to any no-show reservation. For a full understanding of our late/no-show cancellation policy, kindly refer to our website.
All reservations 4 hours or more automatic 20% gratuity will be added.
Our gift cards are available for purchase online and can be instantly emailed to the recipient or conveniently picked up in-store. At this time, we regretfully cannot offer mailing services due to processing and mailing times.
Please note that gift cards hold no cash value and are non-refundable. As a valuable asset, the gift card's value will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered. To redeem a gift card, it must be presented at the time of service to ensure a smooth transaction.
To create a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests, we kindly request that you silence all electronic devices upon entering the spa. Additionally, we ask for your consideration in refraining from talking loudly on your devices during your visit. Many of our guests come here to unwind and enjoy calming services, and your cooperation in maintaining a serene atmosphere is greatly appreciated.
To ensure a seamless and comfortable spa journey, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing that can be easily taken on and off. This will enable you to start your spa experience promptly and ensure your comfort post-treatment.
You can also take advantage of the robes and slippers we provide, allowing you to move between rooms with ease if required. Depending on the services you'll be receiving, we offer disposable tops and bottoms. Alternatively, you may bring your own swimsuit.

As per Texas laws (texas.gov), we only allow registered service animals on our premises.
It is important to note that a person with a disability who utilizes an assistance animal is fully responsible for any damages caused by the animal to the premises or facilities.
For those using an assistance animal for travel or auditory awareness, it is mandatory to keep the animal properly harnessed or leashed at all times. Failure to do so may result in liability for damages incurred by the animal's actions, and the injured party retains the right to seek compensation through legal means in a court of competent jurisdiction.
To ensure a serene and safe environment for all our guests, we kindly request that children only accompany you to the spa when they are receiving a service. For safety and insurance reasons, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 in the spa during your appointment. We do not have the necessary facilities to care for children, and our priority is to maintain a professional environment that upholds the relaxation of all our guests.
Additionally, please note that we do not offer Massage Therapy services for anyone under 17 years of age.

Rest assured, we provide lockers with keys for our guests to store their belongings during their spa experience. Your valuables will be safe and well-protected throughout your time with us.
The Spa at Salon M cannot be responsible for any valuables brought into the spa, even those left in our lockers. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.
Your service provider will guide you through the details of your reservation, including the cost of investment and any recommended follow-up services or home care to maintain your desired results.
At our spa, we have a strict policy of not serving alcoholic beverages before or after our spa services. Our treatments often increase blood circulation within the body, and consuming alcohol could significantly intensify its impact. We believe that our professional therapists and spa services are the most effective aids in helping you relax and rejuvenate. However, for guests receiving hair services, we permit a maximum of one drink per hour, with a limit of two drinks.
A Vichy shower is an exceptional spa treatment that takes place with a series of shower heads positioned above you while lying on a padded massage table.
