Dedicated Academy days give our Protégés additional opportunities to perform select services with Academy Models while a Master Educator provides guidance and support.

These experiences allow Protégés to strengthen techniques, build consistency, complete skill certifications, and improve efficiency as they progress.

Protégés are part of our team and gain hands-on development within our structured, team-based salon and spa environment.
